1. Should have an Experience of 6 - 12 years in Real Estate Organization with Shopping Mall/ High Street or Retail Leasing experience.
2. Commercial & Retails Leasing, Business Development ,Team Building ,Channel Management, Negotiating commercial terms & closing(LOI Agreement etc.) ,Planning & Budgeting, Meeting targets of lead generation and business closure.
3. Should have done Leasing of Retail space to Retail Brands, Multiplex Operators, Food-Court Outlets, Vanilla Stores, Hyper/Anchor Stores etc.
4. Should have good knowledge of commercial transactions, and of commercial properties in and around Delhi/ NCR.
Salary: 50K - 90K
